At our Novalivex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products not in original condition
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are  damaged.

If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the item is damaged from our end  or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
